		<description>So true... I&#039;d love to have a cheap ethnic (see:non-Mexican) mom and pop restaurant locally.  Maybe Pho or something middle eastern, it seems like Napa is billed as a culinary mecca, but only if you enjoy paying through your nose.</description>

Although Chow sometimes has too much of a &quot;more discriminating than thou&quot; vibe to it, some of the insights and knowledge of the restaurants in the area are pretty interesting. Can be a passionate crowd both ways.
